so im done with everything i spent about forever scanning in pictures for my website and yep. im done. for forever. and im so glad its summer!!!!

so i uploaded my videos and now the only thing i have left to do is upload some more pictures

to my website and i will be done! ya i know i should have been done with all this a long time

ago but im a procrastinator what can i say? it will all get done by next week though.

yay i finished my video with the help of the wonderful liz murphy thomas! now i only have one more project to finish and school is almost over im so exciteddddd

i guess i kinda forgot to do this but i haven't really done anything new it's too nice outside to be inside doing computer work but i really need to finish my projects only two left and ive already started the website and ive taken my pictures for the video so im halfway there! yay for it almost being summer!

im not sure if you can do p.s's at the beginning of something but i wanted to say i realized i start just about every blog with the word so and it bothers me so i am sorry i know i did it and it bothers me too.

now on to news. took my pictures for the stop animation thing and i must say it is going to be the best thing EVERRRR...just sayin' and also i did not get to take the pictures outside because it was SOOOO windy and my subject just couldn't stand it. (ha its a joke because its a action figure and it kept blowing over) anyway im going to attempt to make this video if i can remember how and the pictures ever finish loading.

so i have been working on the words for my website like an artistic statement and such and i think since its such a nice day i will go out and take my pictures for my stop motion video I've changed my idea and it may or may not include a dinosaur... just saying hopefully it will be awesome. and i have recently started wondering if I'm doing this blog thing right am i supposed to be saying what i am doing or is this supposed to be something completely else? well i guess I'm going to go take some pictures now. ttfn

So I really haven't done much this week. I'm still in spring break mode but I plan on working on my video but I don't think my previous idea will work out so ill have to think of something else. maybe something outside? now that its warm out im feeling more creative and energetic so hopefully ill get something done this week...

So I guess its pretty obvious that I posted the partner project I've been pretty busy doing all this stuff all I have left to do is finish my website and make my stop motion video. Everything is going pretty good with all this so I guess thats all?

online partner project

This week I submitted my desktop image to pixelgirlpresents I doubt it will be an actual desktop but whatever I did it and thats another assignment down. I think all I have left now is the more complicated and time consuming assignments like the partner one and the video thing so I guess I can't avoid them any longer but since I am a procrastinator I will try my hardest.

I haven't been feeling very creative lately maybe it's the weather? any way I've been taking some pictures and hopefully will develop them sometime this century and with any luck they will turn out somewhat decent, if so I might use one for the etsy assignment.

i think i have decided for my stop-motion project i want to take pictures of my boyfriend drawing/ painting a picture and watch the progress he makes i'm a fan of his work and i haven't really seen anything like what he produces i think i would like to have something pretty unique and i feel like he could provide me with something interesting.

so its wednesday again which means blog time! the other day I saw some graffiti and i started to think how anything is art and some strange things that aren't normally considered art seem more artistic to me than painstaking tiny brushstrokes that don't have any emotion but everything is art i suppose but thats what i thought about this week so thats all for now.

So I'm natalie but I go by qj for my work interesting story behind that but that's beside the point. This is my first blog ever I'm not quite sure what to do so here it goes.
since I was little I have always been obsessed with pictures both looking at them and taking them. with the help of my mom I decided to major in visual arts since I figure what could be better than eventually having a job I will love? so obviously I take pictures I also do some painting and playing with clay. I would love to be a photojournalist when I "grow up" I love to go new places and I love to document them along the way. honestly I think it annoys people, mostly my friends when I take an excessive amount of pictures of seemingly ordinary things. I also think random strangers think its strange some weird girl just snapping away but I don't really care so whatever. I hope this is what I'm supposed to do with this but I think that's enough for now.
